FIBERGLAS Insulation

Homeowners prefer Owens Corning PINK FIBERGLAS® Insulation 7 to 1 because it maintains insulating power over time. Since fiber glass does not absorb moisture, PINK insulation will not hold water, preventing permanent loss of R-value. FOAMULAR® 150 rigid foam insulation for exterior walls contains hundreds of millions of densely packed air cells to provide exceptional thermal performance. It’s also virtually impervious to moisture, preventing loss of R-value due to moisture penetration. FOAMULAR® weighs considerably less than plywood, OSB or other non-insulation material so it’s easier, faster and safer to install. Plus, the product’s built-in rigidity means it can be scored and snapped, cut, or sawed with common tools. Sagging and settling are never a problem.

INSULPINK®

If you are insulating your basement walls but don’t want to give up the space to construct 2×4 framing, consider INSULPINK® foam insulation board. It attaches to a basement wall with wood furring strips—no framing necessary—and provides an uninterrupted insulating envelope along the entire wall.

QuietZone® Noise Control Solutions

Owens Corning QuietZone® Acoustic Batts are acoustically designed to control noise transmission between rooms, absorbing sound vibrations within the wall cavity to control noise in your home. They provide excellent in-place acoustical performance, and are as easy to install as regular insulation. Depending on the construction method used, QuietZone® acoustic batts can improve Sound Transmission Class (STC) ratings by 4 to 10 decibels.

PROPINK Complete™ Fiberglass Loosefill Insulation

Owens Corning loosefill insulation, also called “blown-in” insulation, is made of virgin PINK FIBERGLAS® Insulation and is used in new construction and in older existing homes, typically in hard-to-reach areas. Since fiber glass insulation is non-combustible and non-corrosive by nature, PINK FIBERGLAS® Loosefill Insulation offers significant advantages over other loosefill insulation products.

PROPINK® Rigid Foam Insulation

Owens Corning PROPINK® insulating sheathing is a premium insulating panel used to construct the exterior walls of your home. It features a tough laminated skin on both sides of its rigid foam core that is extremely resistant to damage—ideal for new construction. Exterior walls made of PROPINK® deliver considerably greater R-value than plywood, OSB or other non-insulation products. In fact, once fiber glass insulation is placed in the exterior wall stud cavities, the completed 2×4 wall can achieve a total value of up to R-20. PROPINK® is designed to be used with either wood or metal studs and suits a variety of exterior finishes including vinyl, metal and aluminum sidings, masonry veneer and reinforced stucco.

INSUL-DRAIN® Drainage Board

INSUL-DRAIN® Drainage Board is designed specifically for foundations to improve thermal foundation performance through a higher R-value. Fabric covered channels drain water from vertical foundation walls. INSUL-DRAIN® Drainage Board provides protection for the waterproofing membrane.

PINKWRAP® Housewrap

PINKWRAP® Housewrap surrounds the house with a protective barrier to help seal out energy-robbing leaks and drafts. Compare PINKWRAP® to that “other” housewrap brand: It’s lightweight, easy to unroll and cut, and its translucency makes it easier to see where to nail and staple. It also resists tearing around nail and staple holes, even in windy conditions.
